• Get on your hands and knees or stand and tell the dog to come over.
• When he does tell him to sit, and say "Focus" - staring eyeball to eyeball.
• While the dog's focused on you, make sure it stays in the sitting position for a few seconds and then treat.

Gradually increase the time "on focus".

If the dog looks away, say "Focus" and make the focus time shorter for awhile.
